1. What we collect

Contact and demo forms: name, email, phone, business name, and website URL you submit. Demo and service calls: audio, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries, processed through our voice platform (Retell AI) and telephony providers. Basic server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To respond to you, build and demo agents you asked for, run and improve the service, and send you the leads your agent captures. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3. Processors we rely on

Hosting (Vercel), voice infrastructure (Retell AI) and telephony carriers, language-model providers used to power agents, email delivery (Resend), and Google Calendar for bookings. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

4. Call recordings

Agents always disclose they are AI at the start of a call. If you are our client, you're responsible for any additional call-recording notices your state requires for your callers.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions and call data as long as needed to provide the service or evaluate your demo. Email hussain@ainvox-solutions.com to request deletion of your data — we'll confirm within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated first.
