1. Who we are
Ainvox provides done-for-you AI voice receptionists that answer inbound phone calls for businesses. By using this website, our demos, or our service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
We build, host, and maintain AI phone agents on a monthly subscription. Agents always disclose they are AI, and the service is inbound-only — we do not place outbound robocalls. Plan details, included minutes, and fees are listed on the pricing page or agreed in writing.
3. Demos
Browser and phone demos are provided for evaluation. Demo calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can show you the product working and improve it. Don't share sensitive personal information on a demo call.
4. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information your agent is trained on, for reviewing the answers you approve (including pricing rules), and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including any call-recording notice requirements in your state.
5. AI limitations
AI agents can make mistakes. We ground agents in the information you approve and escalate uncertain calls, but we don't guarantee any specific answer, resolution rate, or business outcome. Review transcripts and tell us about anything wrong — we fix issues quickly.
6. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are month to month with no setup fee. Usage beyond included minutes is passed through at platform rates, itemized on your invoice. Cancel anytime; service and number forwarding stop at the end of the billing period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ainvox's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes
